RETURNS INFORMATION
Return and Exchange Policy
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your items, in perfect originale saleable condition and in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you are not satisfied. Please note that no returns will be accepted after the 14 day return time frame.

Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective and indicate why you are requesting a return.
Please note that it may take up to 3 working days for our team to provide you with an update on the status of your return request.
If your request is accepted, please return the items carefully in their original packaging and send it to the address you will be given in the return authorization email.
Please note that if you are returning a package from outside the European Union, you will also need to put the invoice for your order inside the box.
If the return meets our criteria, you will be notified and your refund will be processed.
RETURN SHIPMENT
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For returns shipped from outside European Union, please note that all duties and taxes are charged to the customer and are non-refundable.
You can return the unwanted item by yourself, by Mail or by any other shipping method chosen by yourself.
EXCHANGES
We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item you should return the orginal purchase in accordance with this policy and then submit a new order online.
PAYMENT OF REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 14 days of receipt for refund.
